My family and I live and work in Frome. An exciting 'tree change' led us from Adelaide. It was something of a 'coming home' because my family were early settlers to the region. My great-grandfather once owned the Clare Hotel. My grandfather grew up here and met his bride-to-be at the hotel. She was a young lass from Kapunda.

 

Through living in both Kapunda and Clare in recent times, and my 3 years as a local Councillor, I've grown to know and understand local issues well. I believe in really listening to community concerns, ideas and aspirations and working on solutions together.

 

I'm a small business owner and author. I've been a documentary filmmaker and zoologist. My experience across arts, education, government and professional training equips me with diverse skills to find solutions and get things done.

I'm often asked why I do this. My answer? I'm drawn to leadership positions of strategic decision making. I love to see communities thrive and flourish. I hope you'll help me do this by voting for me in the State election.  ​
